Recntly, I contacted them in Nov 2020 for small project to fix some things against an insurance claim which included clearing some clogged drains. Rodney Velez, the owner, gave my project 1st priority due to the major plumbing issue and worked with me on pricing. His level of focus and customer service was A+!
